India: Kolkata

The city of Kolkata is one of the bigest city in India (15 millions of inhabitants), here some pictures that I took during my visit in this city.
The most impressive is the way of driving: do not expect order or rules, cycle, taxi and cars are mixed in a kind of huge disorder that only indians can understand.

The poverty of the city is everywhere visible.

The building are like the traffic : a BIG that can be explain by the history (colonization, revolution, ...)

But it is also the capital of culture of the bengali.

Brittany... France

Brittany, in France is a perfect place to smeel the fresh air, to enjoy landscape created by the strong ocean...

Trondheim... Norway

The Kindom of Norway well know for the nature that it is offering to visitors knows how to combine nature and human construction.

Roma... Italy

Roma it is a city strongly marked by the history. The Roman Empire monuments are everywhere in the city and inspied the baroque art. Here you can see the Pantheon (Roman Empire) and the Trevi Fountain(XVII). The Pantheon is originaly the "Temple of all the Gods" and is the best-preserved of all Roman buildings. The fontain

The french riviera offers a climat so warm that with the palms we could forget the buildings: Sea, Sun and Palms...

Finland... Frozen lake

Some new pictures about the winter in Finland. What about having a walk in a frozen lake during winter time except if you prefer ice skating...

Slovakia... Dracula Castle

After few hours of train, in the middle of nowhere, you can find the Castle of Dracula... If the original one is in Romania, this one is the Castle you maybe already saw in the movie. So if you are going to see this Castle you can also go to the sources of hot water not so far.

Split, Croatia

The second largest city in Croatia: Split. This is a touristic place but if we take a look to the old city centre and the color of the sea we clearly understand why...

Amsterdam... Netherlands

Amsterdam capital city of Netherlands is well known for the canals dig around the old city center. You have to walk around this city to discover the different neighbourhoods and the inceadible amount of bicycles.

Vienna... Austria

The Austro-Hungarian Empire heritage has left sumptuous momuments so the city centre was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. I recommend you to envoy a couple of days in this place to take a look to the various places and enjoy momunents and museums.

Copenhagen... Denmark

If you have to go in a city in a Scandinavian country you have to go to Copenhagen! I will just put this picture to demonstrate than it is mandatory to go!

Madrid... Spain

Madrid! I would like to put thousand pictures of this Spanish city to show you the atmosphere, but I think it is a city where you have to go to understand how it is a warm place. Not only the city is really nice but this is the atmosphere the most impressive, you feel like at home. Don't forget to eat a paella! Anyway don't worry if you are coming back one day on my blog you will see more videos and pictures...

Copenhagen, Denmark

You are not dreaming I know personnaly a siren and on top of that this is the most famous one (well in fact she didn 't recognize me).

Roma, Italy

The Roman empire was powerful enought to let us in roma the pleasure to discover an impressive amount of monuments all around the Mediterranean sea but this is Roma the Center of the World: The roman one ;)

French riviera

Blue sky mixed with the sea, the nature... This is the french riviera, where the montains and the sea are meeting the sky and the sun.

Stockholm... Sweden

Near the Royal Palace, this place in a corner represent this European city of Art and monuments...

Moscow, metro station... Russia

This is not a place, this not an impressive museum, this is just a metro station of Moscow! Metro stations are decorated as if they were palaces and each one is different, so enjoy a walk in the Moscow metro...

Tallin... Castle neighborhood

 
Even if the most impressive place is the old Tallin somtimes by fooling around, you can discover some strange neighborhood like this one... All the houses are made of wood with a lot of colors and it give the sensation of a travel in the past. If you continue further you will arrive to the city castle and the modern art museum. 

Italy... Venice

 
If before Venice was one of the richest place of the world as well as a republic, now it is a place where the renaissance art appears as an heritage of the past. The city of 150 canals crossed by 400 bridges to join the 118 islands is the perfect place for lovers to have a walk.
